With Anki open on this laptop, you review your real due cards and every answer (Again / Hard / Good / Easy) is saved into Anki's schedule, then synced to AnkiWeb when you finish.
When Anki isn't reachable (e.g. on your phone), you can still practise the cards you made here. Practice is just for recall — it doesn't change Anki's schedule.
